How I work
Three commitments
Personal. Your review is done by me, start to finish. The number of reviews I take each week is capped for that reason.
Honest. If something isn't working I'll tell you plainly, and I'll tell you why. Kind and direct are not opposites.
Yours. You keep your voice and your ownership. I don't hand back a document you'd be nervous to defend in a room.
